Every law - and every argument that leads to a law - brings into play a three-fold problem: the speaker (what does he say? of which interlocutors is he thinking? what end is he pursuing? etc.), the addressee (what does he understand? what meaning does he take from the speech and the supposed position of the speaker? why does he listen? etc.) and finally the common reference which is sufficient for everyone to presume that a speech has been well delivered and well received on some subject with truth in mind. Representatives from most of the social sciences are assembled here. The innovation of this second conference is that an argumentative objective was been offered as the point of departure: the instance of a tribunal decree, reproduced in this same manner, and that sustains the reflections of several contributions. They are nevertheless all centered on their own science and on the "discipline" determined here as "law". As in every collective publication of the social sciences, it is a situational review.
